Episode 31 - What is an Ofrenda?
The “Ofrenda” is a metaphysical construction that is built with an intention of a desired outcome. Also, It is a powerful symbolic ally we can use to set our intention during ceremonies. When we understand that everything is alive and that the universe is listening we can use this form of communication as a form of prayer, an expression of gratitude, and reciprocity.
