Episode 25 - The Journey of Gratitude

Many of us express gratitude by saying “thank you” to someone who has helped us or given us a gift. However, gratitude is not just an action: it is also a positive emotion that serves a biological purpose.

Being grateful is more than saying thank you. When you express gratitude, it can actually lead to a stronger sense of well-being. We learned how to ask for things and demand but not to live in a state of gratitude for what we have and for what will come.
